• Develop wireframes and mockups to visualise user journeys and system interactions

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, or solution design
• Strong experience in process modelling, workflow design, and documentation
• Ability to create wireframes/mockups to support solution design
• Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Prior experience working on Singapore public sector / government projects
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives
• Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITE in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in landscape or construction projects
• Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred

Job brief:

1. Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating landscape projects
2. Support the Project Manager in daily site operations, manpower, materials, and equipment planning
3. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
4. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance
5. Prepare project documentation such as progress reports, RFIs, and claims
6. Monitor project progress and support cost and resource control
7. Handle client and stakeholder communications and resolve site issues
