RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Operation and Support

▪ Independently support cross-functional Business Operations to launch new businesses and support branch establishment in countries near Singapore

▪ Proactively coordinate and resolve operational issues across Sales, Marketing, and CFO functions

▪ Act as a key liaison between export sales and CFO functions, taking ownership of issue resolution related to branch establishment

▪ Establish and operate an effective support system with HQ and Singapore, including proactive issue identification and risk mitigation for new business initiatives

▪ Lead preparation and coordination for the New ERP opening in 2026, including emergency support and issue management in collaboration with HQ.

Reporting and Meeting operation

▪ Own weekly and monthly reporting processes with clear analysis and management-level insights.

▪ Prepare and deliver Business Index presentation, including data interpretation and key implications for management decision making.

Data Management

▪ Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business planning and operational decision-making

▪ Manage and monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and propose improvement actions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• 3~5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Mircosoft Excel, PowerPoint, word
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Role:

The Project Manager will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery of technology solutions utilizing C#/ASP .NET technology or other similar system architecture. He/she will be involved in full SDLC cycle of the system with experience in system integration.

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude towards learning technical, business and industry concepts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Able to grasp and understand business domain knowledge within a short timeframe.

Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues raised by users during UAT and operations.

Management and coordination with external partners and vendors

Management and lead a team to support the project

Communicate to internal team and external users for all clarifications

Conduct walk through and clarification training sessions with external users where applicable

Prepare and update documentations and reports where required

Identify system or data deficiencies and discrepancies, and recommends appropriate improvements and changes.

Job Knowledge/Skills

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Candidates with a relevant IT diploma may also apply.

Preferably with experience in RFID systems and related technologies.

CITPM and/or PMP certification

Experience in designing and implementing C#, ASP.NET systems using OO related concepts in N-Tier architecture will be advantageous

5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects

Experience in project delivery in systems integration

Knowledge of Biometrics, multi-media analytics, access control, robotics is a plus

Good written and verbal communication skills is required

Good management of time and able to set and adjust priorities for tasks according to changes in project activities.

Versatile and able to adapt readily & effectively to unexpected or changing conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Full Time involvement in at least 1 x SDLC

• Strong communication and presentation skill, excellent technical written and SDLC project documentation. • Project Planning, Analytical thinking and strong problem solving and project management skills

•                  Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, or models like UML/BPMN for developers.

•                  Support solution design, testing (including UAT), and implementation by validating requirements against predefined scope.

•                  Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, rigorously evaluating impacts on tender specifications before approval.

•                  Provide post-implementation support, training, and enhancements to ensure ongoing system value without scope expansion.

Requirements:

•                  Must possess strong communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English.

•                  Must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, IT or related field.

•                  Must have more than 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

•                  Must have experience managing stakeholders to minimize scope creep and ensure requirements align with predefined tender specifications and solution platform capabilities.

•                  Preferred: IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or PMI-PBA).

•                  Preferred: Advanced degree such as MBA or MS in business analytics.

•                  Preferred: Entry-level Project Management certification.

•                  Preferred: Working experience in Government of Singapore projects.

•                  Preferred: Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and scripting (Python/R).

•                  Preferred: Proficiency in technical skills like SQL, Excel, BPMN/UML modelling, and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Role Overview

We are seeking a technically adept, self-sufficient, client-facing Business Analyst who can operate independently and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects. This role blends core business analysis with frontline troubleshooting, support engineering, and project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, analytical rigor, and practical technical skills, including proficiency in AI tools, SQL, Excel, and basic programming (Python). This role is critical in providing timely initial diagnosis and guidance.

Required Qualifications & Experience (must have)         A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst or at least 2 years of consulting experience at a Big Four firm, Accenture, or a boutique consulting firm.         Proven client-facing experience and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.       Demonstrated ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and provide quick, actionable guidance.        Ability to think through challenges critically and utilize AI tools to resolve issues independently.           Solid foundation in core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and UAT.          Experience combining frontline support responsibilities with project management and diagnostic troubleshooting tasks.         Project-management oriented mindset with experience in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.          Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present findings and troubleshoot guidance to varied audiences.

Technical Skills           Excel: advanced use for analysis and reporting.           SQL: intermediate competency—able to write joins, aggregations, window functions, and transform datasets for analysis.        Basic Python programming knowledge to support troubleshooting and automation tasks.          Practical experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude. Experience with common BA and support tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio) with ability to manage and escalate issues effectively. Skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and supporting business and technical problems.

Working Hours        Regular working hours across four days per week.          One flexible day per week that includes a required 2-hour overlap with US Eastern Time.
