Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design development for residential projects from concept through completion
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to deliver practical and well-integrated design solutions
- Manage authority submissions and liaise with relevant agencies to ensure approvals
- Oversee design coordination across architectural, structural and M&E disciplines
- Review drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines
- Support site teams in resolving design and coordination issues during construction
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Singapore projects
- Proven experience in landed housing developments
- Strong familiarity with local authority requirements and submission processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is advantageous
