• Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, workflows, and solution designs.
• Support solution development through data analysis, documentation, and requirement validation.
• Contribute to stakeholder workshops, presentations, and project communications, ensuring clarity and alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka), legacy system migration, client-facing workshops, SDLC knowledge, and strong documentation or problem-decomposition skills will be advantageous but are not mandatory.
