• Working Location: Woodlands (Project Site)

• Working Days: 5.5 days

• Working Hours: 8.30- 5.30pm / 8.30pm - 12.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the project manager and site team

• Organize and maintain project documents, reports, and records

• Prepare site reports, meeting minutes, and related documents

• Coordinate communication with staff, contractors, suppliers, and head office

• Assist with purchase orders, deliveries, and materials tracking

• Manage filing and ensure documents are up to date

• Track inventory of site materials and office supplies

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  

  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in the construction or engineering industry).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Training will be provided for those with/without experience.
