Working Arrangement
- Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
- Working Hours: 7.30am - 5.00pm
- Salary: $2,400 - $3,000
- Location - Pandan Loop
Job Summary
- You will perform data entry and administrative tasks to support purchasing invoice processing and compliance documentation. You will maintain company certification files and assist with factory inspections to ensure adherence to Halal and ISO standards.
- The Admin will be supporting the Head of Business Operation in the planning, executing, and overseeing the projects within the organization.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time while meeting the quality standards.
- The role will also manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and support the organisation in achieving its objectives.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience and familiarity with Halal certification and operation process or HACCP documentation is preferred
- Good computer literacy to efficiently perform data entry and manage documents
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and compliance verification
- Careful and attentive work approach to maintain high-quality documentation and records
Responsibilities
- Enter purchasing invoice data and update payment records accurately to support financial tracking
- Print customer invoices and product labels to ensure correct documentation and product identification
- Record and file customer orders accurately to maintain reliable order information
- Organize and file administrative documents to maintain orderly and accessible records
- Maintain and update the company’s Halal, ISO22000, and ISO45001 certification files and documentation to ensure compliance
- Verify purchasing invoices for compliance with the Halal System to uphold certification standards
- Assist Head of Operation to prepare, edit and format reports, meeting minutes / notes, and presentation.
- Liaise with internal departments to prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other internal documentations; Organize and maintain files, ensuring critical information is easily accessible
- Assist to manage office supplies inventory & places order through the appointed vendors.
- Assist to manage leave records and schedules of staff and co-workers
- Assist to manage staff claims & office expenses
- Assist to manage the training and development records of staff and co-workers
