Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and permit applications
• Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ), technical specifications, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and provide updates on milestones, deliverables, and potential risks
• Review technical drawings and raise Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural teams to ensure proper system integration
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out in accordance with specifications and quality standards
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Maintain proper project documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction, M&E, or infrastructure projects (experience in data centre projects is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems and project coordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Revit, BIM, or Microsoft Project is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Project Reporting

• Produce comprehensive project reports that capture key updates, risks, decisions, and action items to maintain transparency and informed decision-making.
• Prepare and manage project schedules using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Excel, including baseline setting, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.

Procurement Management

• Manage the full procurement process for consultants, including drafting scopes, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and governance & compliance frameworks.
