Project Controls & Cost Management
· Develop and manage the project cost baseline from tender stage through to completion
· Structure and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) within the ERP system
· Set up and manage cost centres and charge codes aligned to work packages and resources
· Monitor and control cost allocations, including labour and procurement, in accordance with the approved baseline
Planning & Scheduling
· Build and maintain integrated project schedules, including key milestones, from bid phase to close-out
· Ensure accurate resource planning and loading across project timelines
· Participate in coordination meetings with external stakeholders (e.g. contractors, partners)
· Perform scenario analysis and planning simulations, including Extension of Time (EOT) assessments where required
Risk & Opportunity Management
· Maintain project risk registers, including mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams
· Track and manage opportunity registers, ensuring execution plans are in place
· Support initiatives to enhance project profitability and margin performance
Project Reporting & Performance Monitoring
· Develop and maintain project dashboards, including timelines, critical path analysis, and resource S-curves
· Support monthly customer reporting and attend progress review meetings
· Coordinate monthly actuals tracking and variance analysis with key stakeholders
· Contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Project Reviews (MPR/QPR)
Portfolio Governance & Performance Management
· Manage country-level reporting timelines in alignment with regional reporting cycles
· Consolidate project data into Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR)
· Lead preparation of monthly resource planning reports for regional review
· Provide consolidated performance insights for regional governance reviews
Key Requirements
· 5–10 years of project planning and control experience in delivering engineering, manufacturing and construction of infrastructures projects or any related industry
· Experienced using Primavera P6/Core Module
· Technical knowledge in railway signalling or supervision systems, especially Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC), COMs or SCADA would be an added value
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills through result-oriented and problem-solving approach, timely decision making
