- Experience in business development of Security Agency
- Able to travel to India frequently
- Station in both Singapore & India
- Meet the requirements set by PLRD to be Director of Security Agency
- Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth
- Provides advice and guidance to colleagues
- Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Improves existing systems and policies
- Works closely with other departments
- Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness
- Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
- Liaise with company top management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Review financial information and adjust Company's budgets to promote profitability
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Evaluate overall performance of the company by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Strong Legal Knowledge to advise top management of the Company
- Able to work during weekend and public holiday to meet client and tender interview
