Summary of the role:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth in hospitality services across onshore and offshore markets. This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and promoting hospitality solutions such as catering, housekeeping, facility cleaning, pest control and related services. Scope and Key Responsibilities:

 Business Development and Marketing:                                                               

▌ Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within onshore and offshore hospitality services.

▌ Coordinate project mobilization activities, including manpower planning, crew deployment, travel logistics, and compliance requirements.

▌ Monitor operational performance through inspections, service quality checks, and KPI tracking.

▌ Oversee procurement, provisions, and stock management to ensure efficiency and cost control.

▌ Compile and submit regular reports covering manpower, service delivery, client feedback, stock utilization, and cost performance.

Admin and HR Support:

▌ Recruit, train, and supervise staff for onshore and offshore hospitality projects.

Project Executive

Brilliant Professionals Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects within the built environment sector. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, while also providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the planning, coordination and administration of projects.

• Monitor project schedules and follow up on outstanding actions, submissions and deliverables.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders on project-related matters.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, progress reports and project correspondence.

• Maintain project records, registers, drawings and documentation.

• Track project progress and assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.

• Assist in contract administration, procurement and tender-related activities.

• Support site inspections, project meetings and stakeholder engagement activities where required.

• Assist in monitoring project risks, issues and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a Built Environment discipline.

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in the built environment industry.

• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, as the role requires regular communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Familiarity with project management, contract administration or consultancy practices will be an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset

Salary: $3500 - 3800/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Change Manager and Service Delivery Manager in preparing weekly and monthly reports.

• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.

• Assist in report consolidation and presentation to customers.

• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and support annual document reviews.

• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain and update staff records and training compliance status.

• Support internal and external audit activities and track audit findings to closure.

• Assist with PMO administrative functions, including asset administration and annual asset verification.

• Monitor service requests and provide monthly status reporting.

• Support team welfare initiatives, meeting room bookings, and team events.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.

• Must have relevant experience providing administrative support in a project or PMO environment.

• Experience supporting Project Managers and implementing PMO processes.

• Able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage reporting timelines.

• Familiar with project governance and project lifecycle processes.

• Experience in billing operations and PMO coordination is advantageous.
