Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall project site management, planning, and execution
· Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors, and Project managers
· Administer all site works including contract administration, management of delivery, and progress of the project to ensure the quality of work and safety regulations are compiled according to BCA/MOM requirements
· To attend site meetings, attend client's briefing/site measurement
· To ensure the profit margin is achieved accordingly the set target
· Receives requests; obtains estimates; updates records initiates paperwork to maintain proper documentation and follows up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; processes and obtains approval of contract changes.
Requirements:
Min. 3-5 years experience in construction, with landed houses’ project, will be advantaged
Able to read structure and ID drawings, furniture detailing
Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
PC literate – proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
Having CSCPM certificate and other construction safety certificates will be an advantage
