About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture. Preferred qualifications

• 1 year of experience in leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
• Experience building or deploying automated tools (e.g., large language model based agents) for security workflows such as triage automation or bug fixing.
• Experience with cross-functional or cross-product teams.
• Experience consulting on security/security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC)
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and perform remediation
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing
• Implement security best practices across LAN, WAN, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Maintain firewall rules, network segmentation, and access controls
• Support compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC, and MAS TRM
• Maintain security documentation and collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 3–7 years of experience in ICT / network security
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S
• Hands‑on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco)
• Experience with IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, and incident response
• Cloud security exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
