Job Description

• Maintain and publish information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines based on knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements

• Generate and follow-up on baseline scan and hardening compliance checks

Responsibilities:

• Sole legal and compliance professional in the company
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including supplier, procurement, service, IT, HR, licensing, franchising, tenancy, and non-disclosure agreements.
