Job Description:

· Coordinate with stakeholders, security and blast mitigation consultants, security system integrators, for the implementation of an integrated security system (CCTV, FIDS, EACS, EKMS, etc.), physical security systems, hostile vehicle mitigation systems and blast mitigation measures.

· Review technical write-up and shop drawings from security system specialists and prepare for submission to consultants for approval.

· Oversee the installation of integrated security systems and blast mitigation measures, to ensure they meet the requirements and project timelines.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the work progress.

· Liaison with architectural, structural and MEP colleagues for requirements related to security systems and blast mitigation systems.

· Lead the standalone testing and commissioning of security systems and blast mitigation systems, and liaise with other stakeholders for integrated system testing.

Requirements

·      Degree / Diploma in engineering, security management, or related field.

· Minimum 4 years of work experience in the coordination and implementation of integrated security systems and blast mitigation measures.

·      Familiar with the public shelter requirements or hardened structure requirements.

·      Systema Integrator Physical Security Course(SIPSC) certificate holder will have an added advantage.

Overview:

The Security Operations Coordinator serves as thevigilant eye of CE LA VI SG's Security Services and plays an important role inmaintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. This role focuses on meticulous monitoring and management of security operations through advanced CCTV and surveillance systems.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, thecoordinator conducts real-time surveillance to quickly identify and respond toany unusual activities or potential security concerns. By supporting securityprotocols and working closely with the operations team, this role helpssafeguard the premises, protect our people and assets, and ensure a smooth andsecure experience for everyone at the venue.

Shift Schedule
This role supports the Operations team during the night shift, ensuringcontinuous monitoring and security coverage for the venue.

Working Hours
19:30 – 05:30

Work Location
Head Office – Bencoolen (Security Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and verify security systems, CCTV monitoring tools, and communication equipment at the start of each shift.
• Monitor live security feeds and sensors to detect unusual activities or potential security incidents.
• Recore and maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and security activities.
• Assess the nature and severity of incidents and follow established response procedures.
• Coordinate with on-site security personnel to respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, departments, and external authorities when necessary.
• Support operations by providing timely updates and assistance during incidents or urgent situations.
• Maintain confidential handling of sensitive information and proper documentation of all security communications.
• Escalate critical issues to management according to established protocols.
• Provide handover briefings to incoming officers to ensure continuity of operations.

Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience working with security camera/CCTV systems.
• Must have GCE O’ Levels and SIRD card.
• Must hold a valid Singapore security licence.
• Must be local and not require work pass sponsorship.
• Good communication skills to internal and external.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Must have exceptional grooming habits.
• Understanding of security protocols, risk assessment methodologies, and privacy regulations.
