Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling our software solutions. Experience in software sales or pre-sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and industry events.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and recommend tailored software solutions to meet their business needs.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress toward sales targets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and close deals efficiently.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 1-2+ years in software sales, SaaS sales, or tech-related B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
