Job Summary

Software Systems Engineering is an arm of systems engineering that addresses the development of complex software-intensive systems. The Role

As a Senior Engineer for Loyalty, you will play a key part in running applications independently and driving project execution. You’ll work closely within the team and often outside the team, mentoring other engineers, and driving engineering excellence. You will have the opportunity to independently design, develop, ship, and maintain medium-to-large projects related to Loyalty.

Who You Are

• Strong technical background, prior experience in leading project delivery related to of large-scale, high-throughput distributed systems on the Cloud. Strong foundation in systems architecture, with a good understanding of infrastructure, networking, and databases. Experience in optimizing these components while integrating reliability and performance considerations throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Great collaborator who is comfortable working across a variety of teams beyond engineering, including product, design, business, operations, customer service, and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in ruby is good to have, though candidates who demonstrate willingness and ability to quickly scale up on Ruby are welcome to apply.
• Experienced in leveraging technical roadmaps/RFCs to communicate architecture designs and executing it fully.
• Preference on simple solutions and designs over complex ones, have a good intuition for what will last and scale, and can be a role model others look to for their own solutions and designs.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on system design and development.
• Have experience mentoring and/or leading junior engineers, guiding and coaching them for high performance will be a strong plus

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to administer and support our network infrastructure,ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security across all sites and data centers.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Administration

• Administer and support routers, switches, wireless access points, WLAN controllers, AAA servers, and encryptors.
• Respond to and diagnose network access and performance tickets:
• Service and close support tickets for wired and wireless client endpoints.
• Troubleshoot 802.1X authentication/authorization issues and escalate L2/L3 issues as necessary.
• Monitor network availability and respond immediately to system alerts.
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and replace failed network components.
• Execute routine automation tasks to maintain secure configurations, backup management, and firmware upgrades.
• Manage operational activities and implement network changes.
• Track equipment lifecycle, procure replacements, and ensure timely project closure and payment.
• Manage network support agreements and telco circuit contracts, including renewals and payments.
• Support project teams in delivering IT services.

Network Communications Rooms & Data Centre Management

• Standardize and provision cabling for network access and data centers.
• Respond to alerts and resolve UPS and PDU faults.
• Work with contractors to replace faulty UPS and PDU units.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management for M&E issues (air-conditioning, electrical, fire safety) in network comms rooms.
• Escort external vendors/contractors for network-related activities.

Inventory &Documentation

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of network infrastructure, rack layouts, and cabling interconnects.
• Keep inventory up-to-date and perform periodic audits.
• Retire obsolete equipment following organizational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Formal technical certification such as Cisco CCNA is preferred.
• Experience in network automation and scripting using tools like Ansible, Python,Terraform, GitLab is a plus.
• Strongcustomer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Description:

• Provide application support to achieve the Critical Dimension Scanning Electron Microscopes (CD-SEM) performance required by the customer which includes creation of measurement recipes and optimization of measurement conditions.
• Analyze, interpret, and present application results to customers, providing technical recommendations.
• Provide expert guidance to customers in the creation, optimization, and deployment of CD-SEM recipes at their sites.
• Examine solutions for measurement challenges in cutting-edge semiconductor devices, and propose optimized conditions, additional tool adjustments, and new applications.
• Investigate the root cause of any measurement issues on the CD-SEM and implement counter measures in collaboration with related departments mainly located in Japan.
• Conduct applications training for customers and engineers

Requirements:
• Possess over 7 years of professional experience as an Application Engineer specializing in Critical Dimension Scanning Electron Microscopes (CD‑SEM).

• Comfortable working with problem-based situation, equipped with problem solving skills and capable of handling sudden situations.

• Comfortable working in cleanroom environment when needed

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
