About the Role
D L Resources Pte Ltd is a growing recruitment and manpower staffing firm specialising in banking, financial services, and technology outsourcing. We work closely with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients to supply contract, temporary, and permanent talent. We are looking for a high-potential recruiter who is hungry to learn, resilient under pressure, commercially minded, and eager to grow into a Recruitment Manager role. You will be involved in recruitment, operations, digitalisation, and business growth.
This role is fast-paced, demanding, and performance-driven. It is suited for individuals who want to grow quickly, take ownership, and build a long-term career in recruitment and business:
- Learns fast and can quickly understand technical, banking, and corporate jargon
- Is comfortable speaking the language of candidates and hiring managers

Key Responsibilities
(I) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for: Banking & Financial Services roles, Technology & IT roles
- Contract / Temp / Outsourced staffing
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates using:
- Job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing
- Conduct high-volume screening calls and candidate assessments
- Understand job requirements deeply and explain roles clearly to candidates
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and deployment
- Design recruitment strategies to tackle dynamic corporate landscape
(II) Fast Learning of Domain Knowledge
- Rapidly learn and understand: Banking, finance, and technology job functions, Technical and corporate terminology used by candidates and clients
- Translate complex job descriptions into: Clear candidate conversations, Accurate candidate assessments, Build credibility with candidates by speaking their language
- HR Policies & Corporate/Banking Compliance Awareness
- Learn and apply Singapore HR policies and regulations, including: MOM guidelines and Employment Act, Contract staffing and outsourcing requirements
- Assist in ensuring recruitment and deployment processes align with regulations
(III) Recruitment Operations & Digitalisation
- Support the setup and optimisation of Applicant Tracking Systems (E.g. Data standardization via key words of skills/domain/industry from candidate CVs as well as innovative ways to profile CVs/data), Recruitment workflows and SOPs
- Help improve: Candidate pipelines, Data tracking, reporting, and efficiency
(IV) Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives
- Business Development & Client Support
- Assist with: Client engagement and job briefings. Converting leads into active hiring accounts
- Develop commercial awareness: Understanding recruitment pricing, margins, and staffing models and Support relationship building with clients and hiring managers
(V) Innovation & Creative Recruitment
- Explore creative ways to attract talent: Employer branding, Social media sourcing, New recruitment channels, Propose ideas to improve candidate experience and sourcing effectiveness

Skills & Background:
- Any education level
- Experience in recruitment, sales, banking, HR, or tech is a plus
- New graduates or candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using ATS, Human Capital Management Software, and digital tools (MS365, Power Automate etc.)
