Responsibilities:

Customer Management

The TAM is responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with the customer at the operational, management and executive levels, as applicable. As the customer’s primary point of contact for the delivery of the ACS contract, TAMs maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope. Tasks include escalation management, orchestrating resources from across Client to provide resolution without need to escalate further, and serving as the customer trusted advisor, identifying risks where applicable, and proactively guiding the customer to successful outcomes in the use of Oracle technologies to support their business. The TAM is also expected to help the customer understand the wider Customer Services organization to enable their customers to maximize their experience and benefit of their Premier Support contract.

Service Management

Whether a project or a support service, the TAM is responsible for the delivery to the contract terms, for the effective and efficient use of ACS resources, achieving the estimated contract margin and burn rate expectations. Management also includes the distribution of documents and deliverables, accurate record keeping in order to support business management that meet quality review and audit expectations.

Business Development

TAMs communicate and manage customer satisfaction, perception of value and promote renewals and extensions of contracts where appropriate. They should identify other opportunities client to help the customer meet their IT and business objectives, and to support the ACS sales teams in pursuit of incremental business in existing and prospective customers.

• Proactively monitor and maintain system, network, and security infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Apply operating system updates, patches, security fixes, and configuration changes.
• Conduct system health checks, hardening activities, and remediation works.

Network & Security Administration

• Administer and support enterprise network and security environments, including data centre
• Maintain perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and security hardening requirements.
• Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking, VPN connectivity, switches, routing, and related network services.

Incident Management &Troubleshooting

• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system, application, hardware, software, security, and network-related issues both remotely and on-site.
• Investigate incidents through system and network logs and identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Document incident reports and maintain records of system and network performance.
• Provide first and second-level technical support and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Project & Change Management

• Execute standard operational changes and project-related changes within approved maintenance and change windows.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, system enhancements, and new technology implementations.
• Support automation and scripting initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and deployment of new systems and services.

Documentation & Vendor Management

• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, operating procedures, process flows, and support guidelines.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams for issue resolution and project implementation.

Support & Operations

• Provide after-hours support for infrastructure incidents and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Participate in a 24x7 standby rotation roster.
• Travel to customer and project sites across Singapore when required.

Requirements

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in systems, network, and security administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments, including on-premises.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory/LDAP user management.
• Experience with firewall, network, and security technologies.

Description

As a Network Engineer L2, you will be responsible for the following :-

• Monitor and manage network infrastructure and UPS systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Perform real-time network monitoring and respond promptly to alerts and incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 network issues within established SLA timelines.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or vendors when required.
• Track, document, and maintain incident records through the ticketing system.
• Prepare incident reports and support post-incident reviews.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities on network and UPS infrastructure.
• Perform corrective maintenance to restore services and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders during maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare monthly preventive maintenance reports.
• Provide support for network configuration, implementation, and optimization activities.
• Execute approved network changes in accordance with change management procedures.
• Validate and document configuration changes to ensure compliance and operational stability.
• Assist in network upgrades, migrations, and deployment projects.
• Prepare and submit monthly SLA performance reports.
• Generate monthly network performance and availability reports.
• Produce monthly incident management reports and trend analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation, inventory records, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT and has fundamental knowledge in Network.
• 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer L2
• Candidates with a CCNA certification will have an added advantage.

• A strong team player with the ability to collaborate and willingness to support others.
• Have strong communications skills and ability to resolve issues or inquiries effectively.
• Able to work rotational shifts: 1st Shift (08:00 - 20:00 hours) & 2nd Shift (20:00 - 08:00 hours).
• Successful applicants for this position should be ready to work primarily at Woodlands Checkpoint. However, they may also be assigned to work at Tuas checkpoint in the future on a rotational basis.
