Key Responsibilities
• Perform accurate data entry and data processing from various sources into the company database.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors when necessary.
• Extract, monitor, and organise site operational data for reporting purposes.
• Generate daily and weekly reports for submission to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with site operations to validate and cross-check data accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of reports and data.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient data management workflows.
• Continuously improve data processing methods and best practices.
Job Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Good data entry and computer skills.
• Experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of data.
• Available to work on weekends or public holidays when required
