Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Application Maintenance Engineer to support the System for a long-term application maintenance and support engagement. The candidate will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring the availability, stability, performance, and integrity of critical production and non-production environments.

• This role requires strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft technology stack, system integration, database support, incident/problem management, and production support operations.
