Requirements:

Must Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Enterprise service bus such as OSB (Oracle Service Bus), including configuration, deployment, and management.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to research, analyze, interpret, transform and present reference data for fixed income securities as well as reference data pertaining to those issuers themselves that bring fixed income debt to market.

The incumbent must successfully complete a three month training program that centers on building enough subject matter expertise and the utilization of the database(s) of record such that the incumbent can independently analyze legal and financial documents associated with securities containing less complex fixed income structures. During training, the incumbent must master all of the subject matter and will be required to pass a series of quizzes and tests as well achieve the accuracy and timeliness metrics that were established for trainees.

The training curriculum for the Data Analyst contains high level overviews of the complex structures worked on by more senior personnel as well as reference data client use cases so that the incumbent can differentiate between legal and financial language that is relevant to and required by our client base versus jargon describing information that is not required and, so that the incumbent can identify new financing techniques that come to market. The incumbent must then apply this foundation of knowledge via a logical sequence of decision making events to determine relevancy of said information to our clients for any of their use cases and if deemed relevant, determine the appropriate next steps to ensure high client satisfaction levels. 

The fixed income market consists of over two million active securities and the reference data provided by ICE Data Services for said securities is used by our clients to make trading decisions, settle trades, make investment decisions, manage portfolios, analyze risk, create security master files, create client statements and conduct other back office functions. Our reference data is also used by internal stakeholders such as the Evaluated Pricing, Index and Analytics groups said reference data plays an integral role in determining evaluated prices, determining whether or not a security should be added to or deleted from an index or indices, the weighted average of a security within an index and, performing a series of analytical calculations that are used both internally within ICE and externally by these stakeholder’s clientele.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, collate and transform reference data provided in a variety legal and financial documents, third party reports and vendor information while ensuring that the reference data provided in ICE’s products and services accurate, comprehensive and in a timely manner, namely best in class

About the Role

1. Strategic Oversight of Security Architecture

• Define, design, and implement the target application security architecture in line with organizational goals and industry/regulatory standards.
• Establish a comprehensive application security strategy, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Conduct architectural reviews to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies, focusing on secure and scalable solutions.

2. CI/CD Pipeline Security

• Lead the integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated detection and remediation of vulnerabilities.

3. Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Develop and enforce secure development guidelines, ensuring security is incorporated at every stage of the SDLC.
• Provide leadership in threat modelling, secure coding practices, and software code quality management across development teams.
• Work with application teams to prioritize security requirements, balancing business objectives with technical risks.

4. Vulnerability Management and Mitigation

• Oversee the overall strategy for SAST, DAST, to identifying and remediating vulnerabilities.
• Ensure timely resolution of identified issues, coordinating efforts across development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Maintain and communicate detailed metrics and dashboards on the security posture of applications and pipelines.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with application teams to align security architecture with business needs and project timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, effectively conveying security risks and architectural priorities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH | YOU WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree of computer science, Information Security, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an added advantage.
• Information Systems Security professional certifications, such as CISSP, CSSLP, CEH, OSCP or CREST.
• At least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on application security, security architecture, and secure development practices.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing security controls within CI/CD pipelines in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Demonstrated success in defining and overseeing secure application architectures for cloud-native and hybrid environments.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Research Director to lead our data centre research initiatives across the Asia Pacific region from our Singapore hub or another established data centre market where JLL operates. This senior role will drive thought leadership, market intelligence, and strategic insights for JLL's data centre practice, supporting client advisory services and business development across the rapidly expanding digital infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

Research Leadership & Strategy 

• Drive the development and execution of comprehensive research strategies for mature and emerging data centre markets across APAC.

• Lead primary and secondary research initiatives that position JLL as the definitive source of data centre market intelligence in the region.

Market Analysis & Forecasting

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of data centre supply, demand, pricing trends, and investment flows.

• Track and analyze market activity across APAC's leading data centre developers, operators, tenants, and investors.

• Develop sophisticated forecasting models for colocation, hyperscale, on-prem and edge computing segments.

• Monitor regulatory developments, sustainability initiatives, and technological shifts impacting the sector.

Thought Leadership & Publications 

• Author flagship research reports, market outlooks, and white papers that establish JLL's intellectual capital in the data centre space.

• Present findings at industry conferences, client events, and media briefings.

• Collaborate with global research teams to ensure consistency and leverage international insights.

Client Advisory Support 

• Provide strategic research support for client engagements across capital markets, project and development services, facility management and occupier solutions.

• Develop bespoke research deliverables for institutional investors, developers, and technology companies.

• Support pitch presentations and new business development initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players including data center operators, cloud service providers, telecommunications companies, and institutional investors.

• Engage with government agencies and industry associations to stay ahead of policy and regulatory developments.

Team Development 

• Lead and mentor research analysts and associates across business lines and geographies.

• Foster a culture of analytical excellence and innovation within the research team.

• Collaborate with business line leaders to ensure research output aligns with commercial objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related quantitative field.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial real estate research. Previous experience in Asia Pacific markets strongly preferred.

• Deep understanding of data center fundamentals including power infrastructure, cooling systems, network connectivity, and operational requirements.

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization platforms.

• Experience with GIS mapping and spatial analysis preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of APAC data center markets including regulatory frameworks, major players, and investment trends.

Job Description

· To assist FM Department in managing customer accounts and in charge of the day-to-day operations of the FM team.

· To oversee and run the day-to-day facilities management operations and involved in team management, budget planning, outsourcing, tendering, and awarding of contracts.

· To provide the technical and management direction for all facility management services and tapping into our resources to reduce operations costs and increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
