Technical Standards & Documentation

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s standard detail drawings, BIM content libraries, and technical specifications;
• Review and validate technical drawings and BIM models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project, authority, and regulatory requirements;

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior technical staff on drafting standards, BIM workflows, and submission requirements;
• Conduct internal training sessions to upskill team members in BIM tools, CORENET processes, and technical coordination;
• Support capability development within the team to enhance overall technical competency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in technical coordination, detailing, and BIM implementation;
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and building systems;
• Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD);
• Familiarity with BIM standards and ISO-aligned workflows (especially ISO 19650);
• Hands-on experience with CORENET submissions and understanding of authority requirements (BCA, URA, SCDF);
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects is an advantage.

The Technical Superintendent will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and economical technical operation of an assigned fleet of Tankers and/or Dry Bulk vessels. You will ensure full compliance with international maritime regulations, classification society rules, and company safety management systems while optimizing vessel performance and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day technical operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring of assigned Tanker and/or Dry Bulk vessels.

• Plan, budget, budget-control, and execute scheduled dry-dockings, major repairs, and retrofitting projects, ensuring timelines and cost targets are met.

• Ensure strict adherence to international maritime regulations (IMO, MARPOL, SOLAS), Class requirements, flag state control, and port state control regulations.

• Conduct regular shipboard inspections and audits. For tanker assignments, ensure vessels maintain vetting-ready status (SIRE, CDI) and meet oil major requirements.

• Prepare, monitor, and control annual operational expenditure (OPEX) budgets for the assigned fleet, analyzing variances and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising safety.

• Provide technical guidance, leadership, and troubleshooting support to shipboard senior officers (Chief Engineers and Masters).

• Lead investigations into technical breakdowns, accidents, or deficiencies, implementing effective root-cause analyses and corrective/preventative actions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate of Competency (CoC) Class 1 Marine Engineer (Chief Engineer) with sailing experience on Ocean-Going Tankers (Oil/Chemical) and/or Large Dry Bulk Carriers.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven shore-based experience as a Technical Superintendent within a reputable ship management company or ship owner environment.

• Solid technical familiarity with two-stroke/four-stroke engines, auxiliary machinery, and cargo handling systems specific to bulkers and tankers.

• Strong understanding of TMSA guidelines, SIRE inspections (for tanker fleet management), and standard dry bulk vetting protocols.

• Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills (written and spoken English), and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice for vessel inspections and dry-docking attendance.

The senior TPM needs excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, extensive knowledge in data center design, engineering, controls, and operations, and significant experience in project/construction management and the data center lease market.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide global program support.
• Drive technical solutions for leased datacenters in partnership with Microsoft’s and Lessor’s core engineering teams.
• Evaluate lessor’s design proposal against technical requirements and mitigate non-compliance through technical and commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecom Engineering, or related technical field AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, operations, commissioning or technical program management
• 3+ years’ experience managing cross functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 3+ years of experience in data center design, infrastructure, and critical environments.
• Broad infrastructure knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems with a focus on Datacenter integration and performance.
• Familiarity with key industry standards and best practices, including ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, ANSI, and NFPA.
• Familiarity with high-density power and cooling solutions, sustainability initiatives, and emerging technologies for AI workloads.

While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering and technical program management.
• 5+ years’ experience managing cross functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 5+ years of experience with mission critical environments, such as Data Centers
• Experience implementing advanced cooling technologies such as liquid-to-chip

• Responsible for the risk identification, evaluation, governance, improvement and tracking of data protection, to address data protection pain points in business such as e-commerce, video creation, education, international payment, etc., and cooperate with the legal team to transform legal compliance requirements into solutions, deal with corresponding risks, and further precipitate into standard compliance programs and guidelines to improve business compliance efficiency.
• Responsible for the implementation of the company's privacy protection program and AI compliance frameworks.
• Promote the implementation of the company's privacy protection and AI compliance programs; drive the development of data security, privacy protection, and AI compliance automation tools.
• Participating in technical and compliance discussions with engineering and information security peers. Track and benchmark the latest international legal and regulatory requirements on AI, continuously promote the rectification of data, privacy, and AI compliance gaps.
• Establishing and promoting both process and technical systems of business privacy protection, and ensure the risk convergence and privacy protection technology landing in business scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Industry experience in driving change in technology companies, with a focus on privacy or AI compliance.
• Bachelor degree or above in information security, computer science, information system, law, AI, data science or related majors, or equivalent work experience.
• Privacy protection and AI compliance related experience, with solid background knowledge of enterprise security, AI technology, and compliance management.
• Privacy certifications from bodies such as the IAPP are preferred, including: CIPP/E, AIGP and etc.
• Familiar with domestic and international laws and regulations, such as cybersecurity law, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PIA/DPIA methodologies, with experience in presiding over or participating in privacy-by-design work for AI systems (e.g., generative AI, recommendation algorithms). •Participated in GDPR, CCPA, ISO27001, ISO27701 initiatives and AI compliance projects (e.g., AI system compliance assessment, algorithm transparency implementation).
• Deep understanding of EU AI Act, domestic Generative AI Management Measures, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and other global AI laws and standards.
• Rich experience in AI compliance, including AI data governance, AI transparency implementation, or AI regulatory engagement.

This role involves event setup and teardown, customer service, cashiering duties, inventory management, and coordination with temporary staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with roadshow setup, teardown, and daily operational activities.
• Perform POS machine setup and basic configuration.
• Handle daily cashiering duties, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide professional customer service and product recommendations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for roadshow and warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper upkeep of warehouse fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
• Support the training, guidance, and supervision of temporary event staff.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient roadshow execution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Experience in cashiering, retail, roadshow, event operations, or customer service is an advantage.
• Comfortable working at different event locations as required.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of event setup and breakdown processes is preferred.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling event materials and equipment.
