• Network consulting for new projects. 

• Implementation of new solutions and risk mitigation techniques 

• Receipt, evaluation and implementation of inbound Network Access user and device provisioning/de-provisioning service requests 

• Experience in managing Wireless Environment with WLAN Controller. 

• Experience in managing Network Access Control 

• Assets risk measurement and Mitigation/Minimize risk 

• Network security issue resolving approach 

• Alignment with security governance team 

• Perform maintenance of the network authorization infrastructure as well as network backup system. 

• Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activates. 

• Develop and documents systems standards for computer and network device. 

• Recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN/WAN and ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability. 

• Strong networking background and experience, with the ability to do troubleshooting of both access control and network related problems. 

• Troubleshoot networks, system, and applications to identify and correct malfunction; other operational difficulties and provide telephone and internal users.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working as lead IT network infrastructure engineer in industrial automation systems.

•  To be involved in both design and configuration of the network devices such as the following:

- L2 and L3 network switches

- Firewalls

- Network monitoring system

- Backup and recovery system

- Endpoint protection

- Domain controller

- Virtual machines

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Degree or Master in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure design and engineering
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communications in English skills
• Experience in industrial automation is a bonus
• Cisco CCNA/ CCNP/ CCIE certification
• Microsoft MSCE: Core infrastructure certification
• Global industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)

Job Description

• Responsible in analyzing and troubleshooting customer issues via phone or email as well as on-site
• Taking charge of conducting product application testing for sales reps and customers.
• Responsible in conducting post sales application training to customers.
• In charge of receiving phone calls or emails from sales reps and customers and answering to the enquiries concerning product capabilities, specifications, and applications
• Responsible in creating and updating manuals for post sales application training for customers.
• Responsible to travel yo customer’s site for on-site support including setup, adjustment/ finetuning the system.
• In charge of assisting sales engineer with on-site presentations to customers when required
• Other duties or projects, as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 Years of working experience in industrial equipment industry
• Familiar with Logic control, Microsoft Excel skills, communication protocol (i.e Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP etc.) and HMI programming
