-Create dashboard to give transparency and clear reference to employees for risks and hazards at their area.

-Create awareness campaign (posters, slides, email blasts, videos) through the use of digital tools

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Data Analytics or similar w min relevant internship experience & Knowledge on digitalization (Powerpoint, PowerBI, PowerApp, or other digital solutions)

• Prior experience in building dashboards is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and provide timely order acknowledgements
• Update and maintain sales orders and job orders in the ERP/MRP system (SYSPRO)
• Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure timely updates
• Handle order changes, RFQs, and follow up with relevant teams
• Maintain accurate data entry and customer documentation
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide regular updates on order status
• Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfilment and resolve issues
• Prepare and submit reports (e.g. open order reports) on time
• Proactively highlight and escalate any issues or delays
• Support program team and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proactive, responsible, and a team player
