Key Responsibilities

1. Provide first-level and second-level IT support to users in the Bangi office.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) EXECUTIVE 

Job Role Summary:-

Responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of KTSB IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and compliance. Supports 24-hour terminal operations through hands-on IT services, infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and operational governance.

Expected Level of Proficiency:-

Minimum Qualification/Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics or a related field or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking or equivalent.

 Experience

At least 5 years’ experience in ICT for degree holder or 10–12 years relevant IT experience for diploma holder, preferably in terminal, industrial, or oil & gas environments.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Perform various types of testing including functional testing, API testing, and/or usability testing for assigned projects or products.

IT Programmer

Summary of the role
We are currently looking for a System Administrator with a minimum of 1 year of experience supporting systems and networks in an enterprise environment. Previous NOC experience would be an advantage. The System Administrator will operate as a Level 1/ Level 1.5 support role in a 24x7 enterprise environment, responsible for proactive monitoring, initial diagnosis, and escalation of incidents.

Responsibilities:
• Administration and management of IT Infrastructure and data center support, which includes basic systems, network, database, and application support.

• Respond to the incoming alerts (system-triggered, e-mail, etc.)

• Monitor infrastructure and applications using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Grafana)

• Assess incoming alerts to understand their severity and impact before escalating

• Log, update, and manage incidents, requests, and changes in ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

• Perform basic health checks, service restarts, and routine operational tasks

• Follow documented support procedures for incident management, which include identifying and determining the root cause and resolving the incident or escalating to the appropriate resolver group according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
