About the role

Quanteam is a technology and consulting firm specialising in financial services and energy. We are looking for a Front Office Software Developer to support the pricing, risk and P&L systems used by energy and commodities trading desks.

This is a hands-on role positioned close to the trading desks, combining application development with production support. You will work alongside traders, quantitative analysts and technology teams to ensure the accuracy, stability and performance of the systems that calculate pricing, risk exposure and daily P&L across trading activities.

Front-office development

Job Title: Front of House Crew (Part-Time) — Flatty Wap

Salary: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

Employment type: Part-time, 20–25 hours/week, with a path to full-time

Location: One Raffles Place, B1-27 (CBD / Raffles Place MRT)

Job Description:

Flatty Wap is a new New York-inspired pressed wrap kiosk opening in the heart of the CBD. We make everything from scratch and we care more than we probably should. We're now looking for the face of the front counter.

This isn't a stand-and-scan job. You're the first and last person every customer deals with — you pack the bags, hand them over, and set the energy of the whole place. If you're the kind of person who's genuinely warm with strangers, fast under a lunch rush, and proud of getting the small things right, you'll fit us perfectly.

What you'll do:

• Pack and check orders accurately, then hand them over with genuine warmth
• Keep the front counter fast, clean, and running smoothly through peak hours
• Be the welcoming face of the brand — read the queue, keep it moving, make people's day a little better
• Work closely with the kitchen to keep service tight during the 11–2 rush

What we're looking for:

• Real energy and friendliness — this is the whole job, and it can't be faked
• Reliability and a strong work ethic; you show up and you care
• Calm and quick when it's busy
• Prior F&B or customer-facing experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters more
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore (we'll need to verify your work pass status)

• Develop robust and user-friendly PHP-based web applications integrating with MySQL databases to meet client requirements
• Create site layouts and user interfaces from provided design concepts to ensure functional and appealing web pages
• Apply development frameworks and adhere to in-house programming standards to maintain code quality and consistency
• Estimate task effort accurately to support project scheduling and timely delivery
• Communicate clearly in oral and written forms to collaborate with team members and clients
• Continuously acquire new technical knowledge and professional skills to enhance development capabilities
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative in managing projects and tasks
• Adapt to changing priorities and time demands to ensure project progress
• Support sales teams by providing technical demonstrations of systems when needed
• Deliver system training to customers as required to facilitate user adoption
• Perform routine daily maintenance of existing websites and web applications to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate effectively with others to achieve team objectives
