The successful candidate will be responsible for building our data engineering practice from the ground up, implementing robust data systems for industrial AI applications, and establishing best practices that will power our semiconductor manufacturing AI solutions.

Your Role and Impact

As our Data Engineer, you will have a foundational role in building robust data infrastructure to handle manufacturing data and LLM applications, while establishing secure data practices that power our AI solutions for advanced manufacturing operations.

Job Description

• Responsible in analyzing and troubleshooting customer issues via phone or email as well as on-site
• Taking charge of conducting product application testing for sales reps and customers.
• Responsible in conducting post sales application training to customers.
• In charge of receiving phone calls or emails from sales reps and customers and answering to the enquiries concerning product capabilities, specifications, and applications
• Responsible in creating and updating manuals for post sales application training for customers.
• Responsible to travel yo customer’s site for on-site support including setup, adjustment/ finetuning the system.
• In charge of assisting sales engineer with on-site presentations to customers when required
• Other duties or projects, as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 Years of working experience in industrial equipment industry
• Familiar with Logic control, Microsoft Excel skills, communication protocol (i.e Serial, Modbus TCP, Ethernet, EIP etc.) and HMI programming

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, delivering features from requirements gathering and technical design through to implementation and deployment.
• Build and enhance frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and database integrations to support business needs.

Requirements

• Experience with APIs, databases, system integrations, and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (Preferably AWS).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
