Role Overview

The Program & Events Executive supportsthe planning and execution of daily programs, seasonal events, and specialexperiences across all parks. This role is hands-on and operational, ensuringthat all activities are well-prepared, smoothly executed, and engaging forguests, while supporting the team in driving attendance, repeat visits, andoverall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evergreen Programs (Daily & Monthly Activities)

- Assist in executing daily classes andmonthly competitions
- Prepare and organise materials, props, and activity kits
- Support content setup and on-ground facilitation
- Brief part-time staff on activity flow and instructions
- Track attendance and collect basic feedback from guests

2. Festival & Holiday Events

- Assist in event setup, decoration, andteardown

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in events,customer experience, childcare, or hospitality
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome

• Lead the full sales cycle for digital and IT services, from generating leads to closing deals.

Qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing programmes at the centre. This includes leading the development of the centre caf to drive engagement among seniors and volunteers, as well as innovating programme offerings that can be packaged for CSR and public workshops. The role involves working closely with external partners (e.g. corporates, schools) to co-create programmes that enhance visibility and sustainability. This role involves programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support, working closely with volunteer trainers, support group members, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Enrichment Activities & Workshops

• Plan and execute weekly enrichment classes and activities.

• Coordinate and schedule classes with trainers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

• Design and disseminate quarterly recruitment materials via eDMs, email, and WhatsApp.

• Manage registration logistics, including confirmation emails, waitlist management, and participant communications.

• Organise and coordinate performance contributions for flagship SCS events, community engagements, and partnership showcases.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all aspects of engineering and technical services support for the shopping mall operation
• Play an active role in special projects and enhancement works in the mall
• Support the Manager to lead a team of technical staff to ensure that the mall’s facilities are operating according to SOP and are maintained at the highest standards
• Conduct the periodic audit check on team readiness in Crisis Management
