Context:

Formal education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Science or similar education

Specialist knowledge (work experience, further qualification):

• At least 5 years professional experience in Banking and Market Operations and/or Client On-boarding / KYC operations and/or Anti-Money Laundering functions at a large financial institution
• Working experience in an international environment is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Financial Crime prevention, local and international sanctions and Know Your Customer requirements
• Well versed with respective global / local regulatory requirements and market practices
• Act in line strictly with all internal and external laws, policies, and guidelines e.g. ComValues, Culture of Integrity, Code of Conduct, ABC Policy, TRM etc.
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite
• Fluent in English; German and/or other language skills is a plus

Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Study all Authority's and approved Contractor's drawings for necessary supervision work
• To carry out supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer’s instructions.
• Ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Liaise with all parties involved in the project
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To review Contractor's Method of Statements and Risk Assessments and supervise all works in relation to current Code of Practice and approved BCA drawings
• Attend site meetings and resolve site technical issues.
• Maintain and control site records as per required

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in LTA projects
• Registered RTO with IES/ACES

We are looking for a Software Engineer to support customers and internal teams through software support, secondary modifications, and basic development, covering instrumentation, control systems, and process automation.

This role suits someone with hands-on experience in equipment software, who enjoys working close to hardware, testers, and automation systems, without being a full system architect.

Responsibilities

• Provide software support for customer-installed and internal equipment systems
• Perform secondary software modifications and enhancements to existing applications
• Support debugging, bug fixing, and root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain basic control, test, and automation software
• Interface with test instruments such as SMU, power supplies, lasers, optical switches, etc.
• Support control systems and process automation, including sequence control and interlocks
• Assist in software testing, validation, and release
• Work closely with hardware, engineering, and operations teams
• Provide site or remote customer support when required
• Maintain basic software documentation and change records

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Software, Computer, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
• Experience in instrumentation, control, or automation software
• Familiar with rack-based testers and laboratory instruments
• Experience with C# and/or LabVIEW
• Comfortable working with existing codebases and making controlled changes
• Able to troubleshoot software in test, production, or automation environments
• Good communication skills for customer and internal support

Nice to Have

• Experience with process automation or equipment control systems
• Familiarity with GPIB, USB, Ethernet, RS-232 communication
• Exposure to motion control or vision systems
• Experience supporting production or customer-facing equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Playwright with Python
• Design and implement API automation test cases using internal frameworks
• Integrate automation solutions using the MCP framework
• Build, enhance, and maintain robust automation regression test suites
• Execute sanity, regression, and end-to-end (E2E) testing cycles
• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve test coverage and overall product quality
• Continuously optimize test processes and automation frameworks for efficiency and scalability
