You will partner with customers, AWS Sales, AWS service teams, AWS industry teams and AWS Professional Services delivery teams to meet the specific needs of the customer, and extend that use to other customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, AI scientists and strategists.
• Own the regional engagement pipeline — identify, qualify, and land C-suite-sponsored AI transformation programs with enterprise customers.
• Guide the team in designing, building, and deploying production AI solutions.
• Drive a land-and-expand motion: prove value in focused sprints, then scale across business units with executive sponsorship.
• Operate as a GM — balancing technical delivery, talent development, commercial outcomes, and operational excellence.
• Advise and influence customers on enterprise AI strategy, including architecture decisions, organizational readiness, and change management.
• Drive adoption of AWS generative AI services by delivering AI expertise and developing repeatable transformation playbooks.
• Develop new strategies and mechanisms to address evolving customer needs while increasing business velocity and impact for AWS.
• Influence product roadmap with service teams based on customer feedback.

Basic qualifications

• 10+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience
• 7+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience
• Experience presenting complex ideas in writing in the form of authoring white papers, proposals, or other formal strategy documents
• Experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
• 15+ years sales experience with large global companies
• Cloud/Consulting/IT advisory sales or services experience; credibility to sell complex transformational IT consulting engagements
• Customer relationship management, executive presence, and collaboration skills.
• Experience participating in the sales lifecycle (directly or indirectly)
• Experience launching technical programs, projects, or related work that include the following: artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related Science field, or PhD
• Experience with presentations and speaking with executives, IT, management, and developers
• Passion for educating, training, designing, and building solutions for a diverse and challenging set of customers
• Excellent understanding of industry-specific large-scale solutions
• Experience working as an industry practitioner, delivery lead, or industry executive

• Analyse sales data and market trends to support business decisions

• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy (Excel, SAP, internal systems)

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and track key performance metrics

• Provide data-driven insights to support sales strategies

• Assist in B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance for optimisation

• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams on business initiatives

• Support marketing materials, promotions, and ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering

• Min 3 years experience in B2B Marketing

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau

• Knowledge in Power Automation is an advantage

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
