• Manage real-time market data integration — Bloomberg, Reuters/Refinitiv, exchange feeds — including price normalisation, latency management and feed monitoring.
• Oversee Order Management System (OMS) implementations and upgrades, including FIX connectivity, order routing, execution and allocation workflows.
• Deliver cash earmarking and pre-trade controls — ensuring funds availability checks, settlement obligation tracking and real-time position management are correctly implemented.
• Integration of cash earmarking with OMS pre-trade risk controls and post-trade settlement flows.
• Coordination with treasury and operations teams on settlement and nostro reconciliation.
• Manage integration layers between order management, market data, risk and back-office settlement systems.

Vendor & Third-Party Management

• Lead vendor selection, commercial negotiation and contract management for technology and data service providers.
• Manage ongoing vendor relationships — SLA oversight, escalation management and performance reviews.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple third-party vendors, system integrators and internal technology teams.
• Drive vendor accountability for deliverables, timelines and quality standards.

Project & Programme Management

• Build and maintain detailed project plans using standard methodologies(Agile, Waterfall or hybrid as appropriate).
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies with structured RAID log management.
• Manage resource planning and capacity across onshore (SG), nearshore and offshore (Mumbai) teams.
• Own financial tracking — budget vs actuals, change management and variance reporting.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management in Agile delivery environments.

Stakeholder Management

• Operate as primary client-facing delivery lead, building trusted senior-level relationships (CTO, COO, Heads of Trading Technology).
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments across front office, technology, operations and compliance.
• Prepare and present programme updates, steering committee packs and executive dashboards.
• Manage expectations proactively — communicate risks, delays and solutions with transparency.
• Influence without authority across matrix structures and geographically distributed teams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum: 8–12+ years in technology delivery roles within capital markets /equities.
• Hands-on delivery experience across equities trading systems(electronic trading, DMA, algorithmic execution).
• Deep knowledge of real-time market data platforms — Bloomberg API, Refinitiv/Elektron, exchange direct feeds, price validation and latency management.
• Proven delivery of OMS implementations — FIX protocol, order lifecycle management, STP, execution management and post-trade allocation.
• Working knowledge of cash earmarking workflows — pre-trade fund availability checks, settlement obligations, T+1/T+2 settlement cycles and reconciliation.

· Responsible for managing and directing specific projects and programs throughout Flextronics

· Initiates, monitors and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery.
