- 5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Experience supporting HRIS or ERP systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, or Compensation
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Hands-on experience supporting system enhancements and UAT
- Gather and document HRIS-related business requirements from HR stakeholder
- Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Support enhancements and configuration changes in SAP SuccessFactors
- Assist with HR system integrations (e.g. payroll, finance, identity systems)
