This role will serve as a critical point of contact for application support, incident management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring system stability and effective resolution of technical and functional issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Duck Creek Claims, troubleshooting technical issues within the client’s customized application
• Act as the first point of contact for high-severity incidents, ensuring timely response, resolution, and escalation where required
• Support client business stakeholders by addressing functional queries and resolving day-to-day system issues
• Ensure system environments are stable and available, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as needed
• Collaborate closely with offshore teams, providing clarifications on incidents and ensuring smooth issue resolution
• Lead and facilitate client status meetings, including Weekly Status Reports (WSR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
• Track and report on incident trends, system performance, and improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and user experience

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect to lead the architecture, environment governance, and technical delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. This role bridges functional requirements with technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving solution design, guiding technical teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the design of Oracle Cloud HCM technical architecture, including integrations, data migration, reporting, and extensibility
• Ensure solutions adhere to SaaS design principles, maintaining upgrade compatibility and scalability
• Define and govern integration architecture across systems using OIC and other Oracle tools

2. Environment Management & Governance

• Own the environment strategy across all HCM pods (Dev, Test, UAT, Production)

• Oversee and plan for Oracle quarterly patching and update cycles, ensuring minimal disruption and system readiness

3. Performance Coordination & Product Alignment

• Partner closely with the Product Owner to align technical priorities with business needs
• Support backlog discussions and translate business requirements into clear technical delivery actions

4. Client Engagement & Advisory

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders
• Lead technical workshops and discussions, translating complex concepts for both IT and business audiences
• Produce high-quality architecture and design documentation
• Provide guidance on best practices, solution optimization, and risk mitigation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM technical roles
• Proven track record with at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

The successful candidate will collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions supporting both project delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP solution architecture and project delivery across global initiatives
• Act as a core member of the SAP IBP Center of Excellence (CoE), driving innovation and best practices
• Design and implement scalable solutions across demand planning, supply planning, and response planning
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP IBP and other systems including SAP S/4HANA, RTI, and CIDS
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Business, IT, Operations) to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and guidance to project teams

Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP IBP Technical Architect or similar role
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP RTI and/or SAP CIDS
• 7+ years of experience in SAP APO and SAP P2P (preferred)
• 10+ years of overall experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains
• 5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning using SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing modules
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects in a global environment

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP Certified Associate – SAP IBP for Supply Chain (latest version)
