Key JobResponsibilities:
· Serve as a TA consultant to the business and build relationships to become a trusted advisor and influencer to the business stakeholders
· Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment, from research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing evaluations through offer and acceptance stages
· Develop appropriate diverse sourcing strategies, identify suitable candidates for positions, and build diverse pipelines for key talent needs primarily through research, networking, direct recruiting as well as through the use of tools such asLinkedIn, Jobstreet, and referrals
· Actively contribute to continuous improvement ofTalent Acquisition practices and participate in various projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· 3 years and above of sourcing and recruiting experience. Experience recruiting semiconductor talent considered a very strong advantage.
· Advanced sourcing skills with both active and passive candidates, as well as in-depth knowledgeof offer negotiation and closing tactics
· Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and/or ambiguous situations
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively and proactively both verbally and written
Education:
· BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business,Human Resources, or related field required
