Job Summary

You will coordinate outsourced teachers, manage daily work schedules, support recruitment, maintain client relations, drive sales targets and report to management, contributing to operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a pool of Relief Teachers to ensure smooth daily staffing operations and service delivery.
• Schedule, deploy and assign Relief Teachers to client centres based on operational requirements.
• Guide, train and support Relief Teachers in the use of the company's staffing and attendance mobile application, ensuring proper adoption and compliance with processes.
• Provide first-level support to Relief Teachers by addressing app-related enquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating technical matters when necessary.
• Conduct interviews and support recruitment activities to attract and onboard qualified candidates.
