Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Working Location: Bukit Timah, Singapore
Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to SGD 4,500
Job Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and employee documentation
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms
Coordinate staff attendance, leave administration, payroll submissions, and employee claims
Ensure HR processes and documentation are aligned with company policies and employment regulations
Administrative Functions
Provide administrative support for daily preschool and office operations
Maintain records, reports, and documentation for operational and compliance purposes
Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders when required
Coordinate procurement and inventory of office and preschool supplies
Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and administrative coordination
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
Prior working experience in a preschool environment is required
Familiar with payroll coordination, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
