Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Recruitment Support Assistant to support the RecruitFirst team. This role focuses on administrative coordination, deployment operations, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will be involved in fast-paced staffing operations, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, workforce deployment, and day-to-day business support.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment

• Process relief requests and coordinate deployment of suitable Relief Teachers to preschool centres
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of staffing needs
• Track and update deployment schedules, availability, and records

Recruitment

• Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms
• Conduct virtual interviews, assess candidates, and shortlist suitable applicants
• Maintain and update candidate records in internal systems

Social Media

• Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts
• Support basic content updates and engagement initiatives

Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records and documentation
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and consultants
• Prepare reports and support onboarding documentation
• Handle general enquiries and ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable with administrative and data entry tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Minimum 6-month commitment.
• Strong performers will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time conversion.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the accounts supervisor in handling full set ofaccounts and daily finance operations.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, management reports, and cash flow updates.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and support GST/tax reporting.
• Handle HR Administration for a small workforce (≤40 employees), including staff records, leave tracking and HR documentation.
• Process work pass applications and renewals.
• Provide general administrative support when required.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Accounting, HR, Business Administration
• Preferably with experience in Accounting or HR functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
• Organized, responsible and able to handle confidential information
• Singaporean only need apply
