主要職責
- 管理和協調招募流程，包括職位發布、履歷篩選、面試安排和新員工入職。
- 維護並確保員工記錄的準確性，遵守公司政策和法律要求。
- 管理員工福利、薪資（不包括司機薪資）和請假申請。
- 協調並執行員工入職、職前培訓和在職培訓計劃，以促進員工的無縫融入和發展。
- 協助確定培訓需求，並支援員工培訓和發展計畫的規劃、協調和評估。
- 實施並監督人力資源政策、程序和績效管理系統。
- 為管理人員和員工提供人力資源相關事宜的指導和支持，包括員工關係和衝突解決。
- 確保完全遵守勞動法、法規要求和公司規章制度。
- 產生與人力資源相關的報告、指標和見解，以用於決策和合規目的。
- 負責辦公室行政管理，包括庫存管理、辦公室維護協調以及確保良好的工作環境。
- 組織和協調公司活動、會議及其他員工參與活動。
- 作為人力資源和一般行政諮詢的主要聯絡人。
職位要求及資格
- 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的文憑或學士學位。
- 至少 2-3 年人力資源和行政職能的工作經驗（應屆畢業生可考慮擔任初級職位）。
- 了解當地勞動法規及相關規定。
- 具備招募、薪資處理、員工關係和培訓協調方面的經驗。
- 對人力資源政策、流程和最佳實踐有深刻的理解。
- 精通微軟辦公室軟體和人力資源系統/SQL薪資軟體。
- 良好的溝通和人際交往能力。
- 具備較強的組織能力及時間管理能力，能夠同時處理多項任務。
- 高度誠信、保密和專業。
- 能夠獨立工作，也能作為團隊成員協作。
