Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Recruiting and HR matters such as, but not limited to: posting jobs on WSG and Jobstreet; scheduling interviews; processing applications; negotiating contracts; vetting time-sheets; ensuring payroll correctness including but not limited to leave and PH allocation.

· Maintain a filing system in line with established standards, ensure others to so as well

· Assist in the insurance claims and surveys per government agency requirements

· Respond to queries from finance related to HR

· Submit and reconcile expense reports

· Write letters and emails on behalf of other Management

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

• Lead talent assessment, high-potential (HiPo) identification, and internal leadership pipeline development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering progressive learning and development programs that align with organizational objectives and address employee capability gaps.

JOB SUMMARY
The Learning and Development (L&D) Assistant supports the L&D team in the delivery of training programmes pertaining to YMCA of Singapore. This role involves coordinating training sessions, managing training resources, and assisting with the implementation of L&D initiatives aligned with the YMCA of Singapore's mission and goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Coordination:

• Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

• Coordinate training logistics, including venue booking, instructing equipment setup, and simple materials preparation.

• Communicate training details to participants and manage attendance records.
  

Administration:

• Registration of courses for staff and processing of invoices from course providers.

• Maintain and update training records in the HR system.

• Support in tracking and monitoring training budgets and expenses.
  

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities.
