Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who specializes in Talent Acquisition to drive our recruitment efforts and support core HR operations. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between project demands and manpower supply, ensuring we have the best M&E and construction talent on board.
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process, specifically for technical M&E roles, site supervisors, and corporate staff.
Sourcing Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and implement effective sourcing strategies across various job portals.
Onboarding: Manage the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires through orientation and integration.
Reporting: Create and maintain recruitment databases and track key metrics (Time-to-hire, source quality) for management review.
2. Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance
MOM Portal Management: Execute work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via EPOL, WPOL, and myMOM Portal.
Compliance: Stay updated on Singapore’s Employment Act to ensure all company policies and site-based labor practices are legally sound.
3. HR Operations & Admin Support
Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files.
Audit Readiness: Assist in internal and external HR audits, ensuring all documentation for the construction sector is up to date.
Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the Construction or M&E industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MOM portals and a solid understanding of Singapore’s labor laws.
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a detail-oriented mindset.
