• Technical Skills: Proven experience in policy harmonization and managing organizational integrations. Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM guidelines is essential.

• Cultural Competency: Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to manage the diverse expectations of an international workforce.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, from Senior Management to frontline staff.

Working Days / Hours / Location

• Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Location: Ubi, Singapore

This role is primarily based at our corporate office in Ubi and may require occasional travel to clinic locations and business units for operational and employee engagement activities.
