Job Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles, including intake, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
· Partner closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners to clarify hiring needs and deliver a strong candidate experience.
· Produce and present data-driven hiring reports and funnel metrics to support informed decision-making.
· Ensure adherence to internal recruitment processes and local regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate ATS records.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support pilot implementation of new recruitment tools and technologies.
· Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
· Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and critical skill sets.
· Provide market intelligence through analysis of competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent supply.
· Leverage advanced sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage high-quality talent.
· Deliver clear market-mapping and talent insights to inform and strengthen hiring strategies.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
