Job Responsibilities:

• Employee Change Processes - Timely and accurate execution of appraisal form for confirmations and terminations of contract. Exit clearance for employee. Prepare letter of confirmation, acceptance of resignation, etc for employees.
• Renewal of all types of permits such as WP / SP / EP, etc.
• Submission of periodic report.
• Calculation of monthly payroll and expenses claim.
• Attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or higher qualifications.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
• Familiar with Employment Act.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• An eye for details.
• Able to start work immediately.

Job Description & Requirements

• General administrative duties.
• Handling incoming calls, fax, emails and mails.
• Establish and maintain department files and records.
• Responsible for company HR functions.
• Work pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation.
• Maintain and update employee information in personal files.
• Handle leave and medical records.
• Arrange and inform new workers of their medical checkups/ course dates/ MOM appointments and dormitory.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Minimum GCE ''O'' Level.
• Experience in HR will be an added advantage.
• Able to multitask and hardworking.
• Computer literate, good knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese
• Able to start work immediately

· Assistant in HR admin documentation.
