What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll rotate across 3 key HR pillars so you leave with a 360° experience:
Recruitment
- Post job ads on various job portals
- Assist in drafting and preparing employment documents (offer letters, contracts & more
- Coordinate the interview process and contribute to enhancing candidate experience.
Retraining
- Propose training courses for employee development
- Collect & compile feedback to measure training impact
- Work with leads to evaluate post-training performance
Retention
- Support staff benefits & leave schemes
- Learn how leave policies align with MOM regulations
- Prepare leave reports for payroll
- Help organize team bonding events, festive celebrations & CSR activities
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or a related field
- Great communicator with a proactive mindset
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Team player who can also work independently
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months
