• Lead and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Job description:

1. Human Resources (HR)

- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including statutory submissions

- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and compliance with local regulations

- Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

- Support HR initiatives and activities as assigned

- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the HR Manager

2. Administrative (Admin)

- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

- Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation

- Coordinate and assist with administrative tasks assigned by various departments

- Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic procurement

- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and logistics

3. IT Support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

This part-time administrative role supports Motoserv’s growth by managing recruitment, staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll processing. You will collaborate with Management to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to the company’s expanding automotive services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and conduct interview scheduling to attract qualified candidates for Motoserv outlets
• Manage comprehensive staff records and execute onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively
• Track employee attendance and leave data accurately to support operational planning and compliance
• Collaborate with outlet managers to address HR-related matters and facilitate workforce coordination
