As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment assignments by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates. You will also collaborate closely with clients to understand and support their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned roles
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment timelines
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment-related documentation
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Update and maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences domains.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore employment market and hiring practices
