Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with check-in/out and medical history
- Schedule appointments, calls, records, payments and insurance claims
- Prepare medication according to doctor's prescription.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC in any field or equivalent certification
- Prior experience in healthcare industry will be highly advantageous
