Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound stock receipt, conducting thorough checks and repacking as necessary.

• Process medication orders and prescriptions in compliance with established standards.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on selected medications/orders and prepare them for delivery.

• Collaborate with the informatics team to support the effective implementation of IT and automation systems.

• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takes.

• Carry out billing procedures for provided services.

• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, managing reconciliation, handover, and issue resolution.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course from the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, or an equivalent qualification.

• Relevant experiences in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup, or outpatient pharmacy operations is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• Register patients and assist with patient check-in and check-out
• Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and patient reminders
• Attend to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries professionally

Job Responsibilities:

- Counter duties such as booking of appointments, answering phone calls and enquiries, cashiering, submission of claims, scanning of documents

- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management

- Assisting dentists in managing the clinical treatment of patients

- Preparing patients for dental work and providing excellent patient care

- Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials and assisting with dental procedures

- Recording treatment information in patient records

- Exposing dental x-rays from dental diagnostics

- Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentists

- Upkeep and maintain dental equipment, facilities and facade

- Forming preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations for mounting study casts

- Ordering dental supplies and maintaining dental equipment inventory

- Receiving and recording dental supplies, liaison with suppliers

- Fabricating temporary restorations and custom impressions from preliminary impressions

- Other ad-hoc duties
