PROJECT DELIVERY

• Manage end-to-end website projects, including redesigns, new builds, and landing page development.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
• Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the agreed scope and quality standards.
• Support content, UX, and SEO alignment during the build process.
• Coordinate testing, QA, and launch processes to ensure smooth deployment.

DIGITAL & PERFORMANCE ALIGNMENT

• Ensure websites and landing pages are built with performance in mind (SEO structure, mobile responsiveness, page speed).
• Support the implementation of analytics and basic conversion tracking.
• Review performance data post-launch and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as CRO, SEO, or ongoing optimisation.

INTERNAL COLLABORATION

• Work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and content teams.
• Prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Flag potential risks early and help problem-solve solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation, including project timelines and scope updates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in account management, digital project management, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing website or digital build projects (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of how websites support marketing performance.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, website structure, and analytics.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with remote or cross-functional teams.

We are expanding our digital team and seeking a Shopify Web Developer who can strengthen our website, optimize our lead funnels, and support our rapid growth leading up to this landmark event.

Mission of the Role

Build, optimize, and scale a high-performing corporate website that increases visibility, drives qualified leads, supports event conversions, and amplifies Innerworkcircle’s presence during a culturally significant year for Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Development (Corporate Website)

• Develop, customize, and maintain our Shopify-based corporate website.

• Build high-converting landing pages for campaigns and our Movie Screening event.

• Implement responsive, accessible, and brand-aligned UI/UX.

• Ensure seamless integration between website, marketing channels, and CRM.
  
  

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct on-page SEO: metadata, keyword structure, schema markup, alt tags, URL optimization.

• Manage technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, site speed, sitemaps, redirects, crawlability.

• Optimize content architecture to improve rankings, organic visibility, and search intent alignment.

• Implement Shopify SEO best practices (blogs, collections, internal linking).

• Collaborate with writers and content creators to publish SEO-driven content.
  
  

3. Lead Generation

• Build and optimize all lead capture touchpoints (forms, popups, landing pages).

• Integrate CRM, email automation, chat widgets, and lead magnets.

• Create A/B tests to improve conversion rate across funnels.

• Support the launch of gated content and event sign-up flows (including the Movie Screening teaser and ticketing).
  
  

4. Analytics & Tracking

• Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure:

• Google Analytics

  Google Tag Manager

  Meta Pixel

  UTM frameworks

  Custom conversion events
  
  

• Set up dashboards to monitor traffic, funnel performance, SEO outcomes, and lead flow.

• Troubleshoot inaccurate data and ensure tracking integrity.

• Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  
  

5. Optimization & Maintenance

• Continuously improve website performance, speed, and user experience.

• Ensure the site reflects brand ethos, visual identity, and campaign needs.

• Test new features, maintain site stability, and fix bugs promptly.

• Support storytelling and promotional campaigns for the F1 Movie Screening Event through landing pages and digital flows.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Web Developer (Shopify preferred).

• Strong command of Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+.

• Hands-on experience with SEO optimization and ranking strategies.

• Proficiency with tracking & analytics tools:
