Job Responsibilities: -

• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Perform routine monitoring to detect any issues
• Act as point of contact for enquiries, service requests and incidents
• Resolve basic issues according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow through theescalation process as necessary
• Track all incidents to closure within service standards
• Perform data management and documentation duties to ensure accuracy of records
• Generate and prepare reports
• Source for viable vendors and request for quotation
• Identify opportunities for the automation of day-to-day operational processes such as datacollection and tracking
• Design and implement automation solutions
• Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements: -

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma
• Some background in IT will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous, with excellent record keeping and documentation skills

This role will primarily focus on providing support on business development initiatives, client onboarding, as well as supporting day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide support on business development initiatives  to expand precious metals business, including the addition of new products and services.
• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internally to resolve any blockers or issues.
• Engage with clients on pricing and market updates, supporting efforts to attract trading volume and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with the Managing Director and Sales team.
• Develop and prepare compelling pitch decks and comprehensive documentation for external clients, partners, and internal leadership.
• Take on additional tasks as needed, such as data entry, website updates, research, or assisting with marketing initiatives.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Operations support:

• Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including trade processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries as the business ramps up.
• Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks.
• A resourceful and adaptable approach, thriving in a startup environment with a passion for problem-solving.
• Possess a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and take up new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications (Not required but good to have)

• 1 to 2 years of working experience involved in commodities or related roles, preferably within physical and precious metals.
• Basic coding skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, Python, or similar) to assist with website or system-related tasks.
• Interest or familiarity with the precious metals industry (training will be provided).
• Background in driving business development and supporting new initiatives
• Experience with process documentation or operational workflows.
• Availability to start immediately preferred
